Eligibility & acceptance

You may use Pallin Health only if the following statements are true. Continuing to use the product confirms your acceptance of these conditions and our privacy policy.

• • You are a licensed healthcare professional or part of a clinical operations team.
• • You are at least 18 years old and can enter into binding agreements.
• • You will use Pallin Health strictly for clinical documentation and related workflow support.

Clinical responsibilities

Pallin Health assists with note creation, but clinical judgment and record accuracy always remain your responsibility. You agree to:

• • Obtain appropriate patient consent before recording conversations.
• • Review, edit, and approve AI-generated notes before they enter the medical record.
• • Store exported documentation in systems that meet your regulatory obligations.
• • Maintain secure access to devices running Pallin Health, including encryption and passcodes.

Subscriptions & cancellations

Our subscription model is straightforward and platform-driven:

• • Subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store, Google Play, or direct enterprise agreements.
• • Marketplace billing is handled by the respective platform providers; we do not process card payments directly.
• • You can cancel renewals at any time in the platform where you purchased your subscription.
• • Access continues through the paid period; data already stored locally remains on your device.

Respecting our IP & service

You receive a non-transferable licence to run Pallin Health for its intended purpose. The following actions are prohibited:

• • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract Pallin Health source code or models.
• • Using the service to build competing datasets or products.
• • Uploading or exporting PHI to unapproved third-party services through automation or scraping.
• • Sharing logins or licenses outside your organisation or contracted team.

Limitation of liability

Pallin Health strives for accuracy and uptime, but is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, malpractice claims, or regulatory penalties. Clinical decisions remain your responsibility. Local processing means you retain full control of data retention and backups.

By continuing to use Pallin Health you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally—material changes will be announced in-app and on our website.
